The first jewelry collection has been launched in 2009, and one year after she opened her New York showroom. Gabriele is the first German jewelry designer, who was involved in the „Oscars Designer Challenge,“ a fashion event and competition held annually at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences headquarters in Beverly Hills. Gabriele’s „Sense & Sensibility“ necklace was paired with a gown especially created by it s designer for the event. The winning look was worn by an Oscar statuette presenter on the 83rd Academy Awards stage on Oscar Night.
